The Team

Goddensfield Associates Limited aims to provide a pro-active and consultative Executive Search service based on the individual experience of our consultants and researchers.  Our team is multi-national as well as multi-cultural; we understand the subtle differences and the complexities in the City of London, as well as across the variety of the markets in that diverse geographic area commonly referred to as Europe.

Willem Dudok de Wit is the founder and Managing Director of Goddensfield Associates Limited.

Willem has over eleven years of Executive Search experience. He specialises in Asset Management sales and marketing roles, particularly across Continental Europe. Recent assignments have resulted in the placement of a wide range of sales and marketing professionals covering parts or all of the Continent. Previously, Willem has assisted firms in filling vacancies for CIO’s, fund managers and analysts covering mainly fixed income products.

Before establishing Goddensfield Associates, Willem headed the Asset Management practice for a well known London-based recruitment company, and was Associate Director in the Financial Services Practice of Norman Broadbent International in London. His prior experience includes establishing and building the sales and marketing activities of Bankers Trust Investment Management and Hill Samuel Investment Management, both based in London.

Willem is a Dutch national and can most certainly be described as 'multi-cultural' and is multi-lingual.

Mary-Jean Dudok de Wit is a Partner at Goddensfield Associates Limited with over 20 years of experience in Executive Search.

Prior to joining Goddensfield Associates, Mary-Jean was a Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International's London Office.  As a member of the Life Sciences Team, Mary-Jean focussed on the Bio-Pharma industry.  Her remit included the placement of Chairpersons as well as Non-Execitive and Executive Board Members into Bio-Pharma businesses for both pre- and post-IPO companies in the UK and various Continental European countries.

Mary-Jean also headed academic assignments within the Public and Non-Profit Sector that have brought specialist research scientists from around the world to academic opportunities in Europe.  These projects resulted in appointments for the MRC, Cancer Research UK, Queen's University Belfast, St George's Hospital London and the NHS Basildon University Hospital, with positions comprising Chairs and Directors of Institutes.

Before joining Korn/Ferry International, Mary-Jean was a Consultant with Norman Broadbent for two years and previous to that as Head of Research with Norman Broadbent in London and with NMC Nijsse Management Consultants in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Mary-Jean Dudok de Wit is Dutch/Canadian and is used to working in a truly international environment.
