Goddensfield Associates has its roots in the traditional executive search market, but has developed its expertise to the requirements of 21st century.  Our Asset Management business is based on the in-depth knowledge of the sector gained through first hand experience in the industry followed by many years’ experience recruiting for it.  As such it is in a position to add immediate value to your search.  Despite a varied range of mandates over the years, we have yet to fail on placing a successful candidate.  We operate on a consultative basis and bring searches to a swift, successful conclusion.

Goddensfield Associates has recently expanded its activities to Non-Execitive and Executive Board Member positions.  This expansion has been enabled by the addition of an experienced and equally successful consultant whose background incorporates a wealth of experience and the placement of Chairpersons as well as Non-Executive and Executive Board Members into a range of businesses for both pre- and post-IPO companies.

Goddensfield Associates do not subcontract searches nor does it delegate searches to more junior associates.  This means that the consultant or director who originally discussed the parameters of the search with you, will always be the person who undertakes the search – from inception to completion.
